This month, I sought help choosing the cover design. Here are the results:

I’d like to see more choices. The dark one echoes Scientology and other sci-fi imagery. The light one needs something more compelling.
The left one is too busy and the font is hard to read. The font on the right is too thin and the background is distracting and not intuitively related to medicine. Use a heavier font on the right with the letters closer together and use a more instantly seen as “medical” behind that font. Lose the lines that look like an organizational chart.
I am a nurse practitioner with my doctorate. I have been working in family medicine and a primary care practice for 23 years. I don’t prefer MD being in the title of your book as it disregards other providers, such as NP’s and PA’s. I also don’t like the word “Provider” as it doesn’t give respect to physicians, and it doesn’t delineate between types of providers, ….as we are experts in disease prevention and chronic care management and physicians are experts in disease management. Not sure what the answer is but thought I would share. (I have read your books and am looking forward to reading the next).

Thank you, Kathleen for your feedback. I’m thankful you read and apprecaited my previous books. I often use the word “Clinician(s)” in my new book to include a range of medical professionals with diverse backgrounds who care for patients. Generative AI will be useful to patients, physicians, nurse practitioners, health coaches, lifestyle medicine specialists, administrators, and countless others. Unfortunately, both the title and the cover require a streamlined focus than what will be found inside the cover.
1) I choose the one on the left (colourful/Dark) one as todays AI applications available is Science fiction realised. 2) The script is appropriate but would prefer a BOLDER print and an eye catching colour that pops out of the background artwork. 3) the human form points to both male and female Physicians ( (ie honouring both male and female genders in the profession today) ….which the light one does not! 4) Would absolutely maintain MD (and would consider using the words…. and (&) Surrogates if at all)
